Each batch of HSS T3, 100Å material is QC tested with a gradient separation of a tryptic digest of cytochrome c (p/n: 186006371) and must pass stringent performance criteria before acceptance for use in these columns. 2.1mm ID columns are recommended for use with low dispersion (UPLC or UHPLC) systems, especially for LC-MS methods.
