干扰素刺激的 20 kDa 蛋白 (ISG20) 是一种核糖核酸外切酶，可作为宿主对 RNA 病毒产生的天然免疫应答的一部分。事实上，在细胞暴露于 RNA 病毒后，I 型和 II 型干扰素可诱导 ISG20 表达 (1)。在分子组上，ISG20 位于胞核，并且被认为可在某种程度上通过利用3'-5'核酸外切酶对病毒 RNA 的活性来抑制基于 RNA 的病毒的复制 (2-5)。
